Identifies, defines and leads sales process improvement initiatives.
Primary focus is any process impacting sales efficiency. These could include customer identification, relationship management, quoting, ordering, quote follow-up, and order management to achieve timely delivery.
Applies understanding of business needs, data, analysis, systems, and process to identify high ROI opportunities and implement changes that gain efficiency.
Engages stakeholders in finding agreed solutions.
Drives change through persuasion, training, follow-up, and further process refinement.
Effective at building relationships and listening.
Needs to be an engaging and inspiring leader.
Responsible for managing cross-functional process improvement projects.
Employs Six Sigma or a related methodology and analytics into organizational operations in order to accomplish business objectives.
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires at least 5 years related experience.
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.
Must have knowledge of a broad toolbox of analytical skills.
Demonstrates broad financial acumen.
Requires very strong data and business information skills.
Useful tools include Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, SAP, BI reporting, and Qlik.
Must have strong customer service and relational skills.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
