This engineer participates in pre- and post-sales HVACR technical support, which includes providing commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance services to customers.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Correctly applying the product portfolio.
Provide customer technical support in the setup, configuring, troubleshooting and operating of products.
Provide necessary training to the sales group and customers on the features and proper use and application of product lines.
Provide customer-specific programming and parameter settings for custom applications as needed.
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires at least 1 year related experience.
Excellent customer service skills, strong math and mechanical knowledge.
Substantial knowledge of calculations required for correctly applying equipment and equipment integration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
